Hi there,

For the last few months, a few of us bcmazda3 members have been getting together every week on Wednesdays for some cheap wings at One20 pub in Delta.  To my knowledge, these meets have never been broadcasted on the forums except for a few scattered posts here and there.

I feel it's time to take 'Wings Wednesday' out of the underground scene (I hope everyone agrees).  This thread will be used to effectively communicate the 'when', 'who',  'how the heck do I get there' as well as confirming the meet is actually taking place.

I am not sure who started 'Wings Wednesday', but it has gradually evolved into a weekly event.  I think it's a great way to get to know fellow members on a more personal basis.  This is not an official bcmazda3 meet and not all of the conversation revolves around cars either (unless you're Derrick yammering on and on about Autocross.. haha).  This meet is not limited to members either; all are welcome.  

In addition, I think the atmosphere is wonderful opportunity for new members to feel comfortable.  I think for some,  it's a great stepping stone to take before attending one of the larger official monthly meets; especially if you're a little shy like me.

Anyway.. enough with the drama and on with the details!

Time:
Wednesday - usually between 7-10pm

Feel free to contact me (PM, email, phone, MSN) if you have any questions.  The Pub is fairly easy to find as Scott road eventually turns into 120th street.  It's in the same plaza as Canadian Supertore.  So far, the turnouts have been anywhere from 4 to 10 people.

vacation planning.....i think that's the last of it...leaving on saturday.  I'm still not packed yet...well partially but just a few little things here and there.

Wings are $0.25 each, minimum of 10. 20 wings will usually fill me up.

1) Hot (just to clarify... I'm refering to the wings, not myself.. bwahahaha)
2) 911 Hot
3) BBQ
4) Teriyaki
5) Dry Seasoned
6) Dry Cajun
7) Honey Garlic

Oh and Nick (rancid), I probably won't see you before you go.. so have a great trip!? Take a lot of pics and bring 'em to wednesday wings when you get back!

25cents?  BoO ... I had wings at JP Malones last week ... 20cents hahaha, I think we ordered a 100 between 2 guys and 2 girils ... and came 2 plates of supposedly 50 each.  After eating for about 1 hr, the plate was still half fun, and after taking a quick count, there were still 30 left on each plate ... I think they put 100 per plate ... no way we only at 10 each after 1 hr lol

We don't reserve seats... we just grab a table or if we have to, push some tables together.? Don't worry, we won't be hard to spot.? Just look for a laughing brown guy clapping like a seal. Haha!?
