Dan. It's certainly not what it was back in the day but that's ok. Maybe time to retire it soon. Made it 6 years!

Aww say it isn't so.  We will start coming again but miss the cheap food.  Earl's and BP is a little rich for our blood at the moment.  Anybody game to try pub's again with wing specials on Wednesdays?  We have one by us called Frankie G (queensborough) or the terminal pub (new west)...both have lots of parking.

I was at Legends last Wednesday with some friends, it wasn't too bad.

There's also Hop and Vine, North Burnaby (near Burnaby Mountain Golf Course)

I'd be down with any of those options. It's true that Earls and Boston Pizza my suggestion) are a bit expensive to do every week.

With me working in Langley it is tough to make it out to Wings. It was easier when I worked in Burnaby.

If you tried something in Surrey/Delta I could make an effort to come out.

As it is Kev's birthday...and if he is coming tonight...i think it should be his choice where we go.

Since I got a couple of texts today about it, unfortunately due to low turnout wings is cancelled tonight and going forward.

5 years later, it's been an amazing run. I'm not sure whether it's the economy, location, food, or people simply moving on, however it's time for wings to come to an end.

I've had the pleasure of meeting so many people through this outlet and have to say it's a shame that it had to come to an end.

I think once a month would be better, eating out every week gets expensive

Sad to see it go, but I think you're right Kev, not enough turnout.
I still don't want to kill off organized casual meetings like Wings, just not at a weekly frequency.

Cry but we had a good run. Best time was back at One20. Staying up late nights in the middle of a snow storm. Many many good memories. This makes me hate my job more......

I think it was all those things.  I was surprised it lasted as long as it did.  Good times.  One20 was best due to the face of great parking, none of the other places had it(main reason for me).

I will always remember Don "catching" my beer that night.   Cheesy
