worked for me, so it better work for you as well Just make sure to let me know at the time you're dropping off your keys (as opposed to the time of paying as they may have made out the invoice already). |

Thanks, I will do that. I had a bit of a problem last time I went in. I had received a $100 credit on parts and service for a referral where someone bought a car. Got the confirming email from the boss down there but when I tried to redeem it in the service dept I got a huge run around and it was humiliating to try and explain what was going on, I just gave up. But I like Wolfe Langley and I'm giving them one more time to get it right then I will just go {YUK!!!!] to Freeway as they are 2 mins from my home, dont want to do it but Wolfe sold a car, to someone I sent there, they promised, they are not making good on their promise, its a big hassle going all the way into Langley and several friends have said that Freeway has really cleaned up their act with new service managers so I think I'm giving Langley one more try. If they dont give me the credit I will get the 24000 service done at Freeway and will report back on how I did.
