Calling all football fans out there to watch the final match of Italy vs France.
Date: Sunday, July 9th.
Time: 11:00 am.
Place: Commercial Dr. (Exact place TBA).
Now this is "the" final, so the place will be packed. We will try to arrive early, 1.5 - 2 hours before. So let's meet up somewhere around 9 am, then carpool to Commercial. We should be there around 9.30 am.

the atmosphere will be nice ....... but too bad I don't "like" soccer. ( I actually hate, think it's so boring and they are a bunch of divers ) Don't flame me please  ? I come in peace  don't get me wrong.. sometimes they have some crazy plays... but most of time...divers ....... |

nice i can come by but i work at 12 at the rink so gotta leave by then. some can park at my place and then walk up to commerical if ya want. i live 2 blocks away.

who needs AC just roll down the windows FYI the van has two windows up front. After it's been boiling under the sun for a few hours....it is pretty damn hot inside. Plus if stuck in traffic....you will love the AC even our 3 ones are so weak. |

Pre-meet is at Kwantlen Richmond at 8.30am. We will try to reach Commercial by 9:00am. Still not sure where exactly we're gonna watch the game, but we're going to find parking around Commercial & 1st Ave, and go from there.

You guys are crazy... a night of clubbing and drinking and still hitting Commerical drive by 9am. I will not be there.. I am sleeping right until game time. Anyway.. I shouldn't go.. cuz I am cheering FRANCE!!!! Have a great time guys! |

Check out the very Large Italian Flag flying from one of the highrises downtown. I think it is flying on one of the one under construction near Coal Harbour on hastings.
Bigger than any Canuck flag flying downtown. ha ha
