Tony,..please move if this is in the wrong thread.
Jjust wondering,..do I need to be a premium member to create avatar and signature?  I can't seemed to find a way to make one? Huh

I don't think you need to be a premium member.

Near the top click on 'PROFILE' then go to 'Forum Profile Information'. From there you should be able to change your avatar and signature.
