and what you fail to understand is.. we care because? what can you do to stop the internet from stealing pictures? (thats why i said, if you don't want anyone taking the pic at all, put a watermark DUHHHH..)
you can talk on and on about the law, but this is the internet.. and what you also fail to understand from my above post is that.. he was just using an image he found online, not like he was using it as his own car or in any attempts to sell any products (in which case, it's a stock car with rims.. whooopy freakin doo). is he hurting anyone by doing this? no.. as you've established already, and that EVERYONE understands already, is that the owner who took the picture does have total rights with the picture.. but you being the ignorant one that you are, fail to understand that this is the internet, no one cares.
let me put it this way, if you run your own private blog (xanga or whatever), and you put a picture of a car in your blog, would the company sue you for not asking for permission? BIG companies who also see the BIG picture don't care about little details like this. You can keep on crying, arguing, whatever, but over here, we're not like m3f.. we won't bother, because we simply don't give a shit about what you think, you're not local, we don't know you on a personal level, and well, you came on this site to start shit..
so, in conclusion, GTFO and go back to m3f.. kthxbye
