Cactus Club on Marine & Byrne Road, food ok but service just sucked big time. They weren't busy and this was on Saturday. From the start I was already expecting slow service from the waitress. My wife gets pissed and only gave her a $3 tip but I would have given less. I just couldn't deal with the "Rob Feenie" attitude this place gives off now. I know the Cactus in South Surrey is always nicer to us when we visit there. Guess it's the people that get hired.

That location is usually packed on a Saturday. We had a bad service experience there on the bar side. But restaurant side is usually very good.

I would expect slow service if it was busy but it wasn't. Even the manager gave attitude to my wife for asking for our bill. Guess they expected us to sit at the booth and just continue to wait for the waitress. We just put on our coats and went right to the front after realizing the waitress wasn't coming back to take our dessert order or refill our drinks.

so people cant occupy their tables for too long
I always notice a large group of ppl only only very little amount of food/drinks and playing cards for a very long period of time
from a business owner's pov.....its very bad cuz of the low turn over rate

but yes, their waitresses are retarded
