check the one at metrotown beside the new foodcourt. It's a bit pricer but they have a lot of selection if I remember correctly.

ICE may be able to find it for you. He works at Super Garage in Aberdeen Center.

If you're buying the plastic models that you put together yourself, my advice is not to buy in Canada. Every hobby store marks up the original price bigtime. It's best to have someone in asia (Japan, HK, etc) bring it back for you. If that's not possible, order them off Hobby Link Japan's website ( http://www.hlj.com). Shipping is not that expensive if you buy more than one and the strong CDN dollars buys a lot right now.

It is disappointing to see the CX7 and not the 3. Sigh.

I don't mind if it's a complete model. Probably preferred. Thanks for all the suggestions so far! Hmm, maybe I can ask Leighton about it at Super Garage. BTW, i searched the forums and someone posted pics of a Mazda3 sedan model a year or two ago... I did a bit of internet searching and found the manufacturer. It's some fairly new "Pandora Models" company in China. For example, here's a 1:18 (Velocity) Red Mazda3 GT w/ GFX: http://www.pandora-model.com/index.php?gOo=goods_details.dwt&goodsid=6&productname=I believe they also had a Blue (Winning Blue) and silver (Sunlight Silver) one as well. There may have been a hatch on the site... didn't look too hard because the site is damn slow.

paint it urself It's intended as a gift for someone... I don't want to screw it up since I've never painted a model in years.
