Just before 2pm....traffic backed up both way

North bound closed as crew push the barrier back in line

South bound is a mess with Police at the scene

Fresh paint

The vehicle was gone when I pass by, but looks like the drive lost control at mid span of the bridge, hit the right barrier bounced off and hit the center barrier. Then spun around hit the right side barrier again.

Hope the driver is OK........

it was a hard hit. The crew had to close the north bound to push the barrier back so it not kinked out.

potholes are gone....they actually paved it pretty good this time.

I just drove by right after the accident around 1:25PM  it was some grey skyline with a huge as wing that smoked the centre median pushing into a bit of the northbound lane..the guys front end was pretty bad and he was the only car that i saw that had any damage, driver looked fine as he was running around talking to 2 other cars that were stopped

LOL, deserved him right. He was speeding and that wing probably made his car fly out of control. lol

-1 for huge ass ricer wings. To be honest i do feel sorry as he "HAD" a skyline that he spend a lot of money importing but what can i say, if he loved his car that much he would have drove properly so it would not go out of control.

Also from this experience we have also learned (on that guy's expense) that having big spoilers do not necessarily imporve handling.

Now now...let's not jump to conclusions.  Perhaps this person got sideswiped by an idiot who didn't shoulder check....and then drove off?

Definitely could have been that. It nearly happened to me yesterday morning. Someone didn't shoulder check, and it was almost a split second decision between having a crunched in front left corner and ruining my front right rims on the curb. She noticed at the last second (thank God!) and nothing happened.

Close calls are a daily event for my commute.

Why do people not like merging one at a time?

I find the stock horn absolutely useless...
I tried, but I find the horn useless.

I just set the mirrors to go wide so I can have less of a blind spot, and am always ready to turn away from a car.  Or prepare to brake at all times...
