does it not seem odd that all the raffles, the last person who bought tickets has won?  just doesnt seem like your system is random, you might want to look into that

yeah maybe, im too lazy to do any math myself.  not a big loss. i just got an email from n-motion and they want 400 for the dde install.  maybe when i get a couple more paychecks ill buy them and install them myself with some hids.  i was blinded last night by a black mazda3 with hids on shaunessy in poco.  looked good and maybe worth buying the set up, we'll see how the saving comes along

Quote
Page Views / Tickets = X
Strip X of decimals
Page Views - (X * Tickets) = Y
Y + 1 = Winner

The math works just fine.  In order for you to have won with 42 tickets purchased, you the page views would have needed to be 7617, 7618 or 7619 (or 7659, 7660 or 7661 - within this range).

If you solve it algebraically it doesn't work because at no point can you "add back" the decimals, but solve it with calculus and it works just fine.

If someone else had bought just 1 ticket, the winner would have been mike (31).  If someone bought 3, it would have been Ice-520 (37).  The calculation REALLY is random.

Congrats to Ray!

TRG2 will install DDEs for $200 and a couple hours on a Saturday.

If you come out to a meet, you can see quite a few cars with DDEs installed.
