I can tell you 100%, the best food is served by Emirates and Kuwait Airways.

Not to mention their good-looking flight attendants... 

Also their economy is just as good as Air Canada's first. Each passenger has his own TV, and you can play video games on it. lol

Having a screen on every seat in Economy is nice, but it still doesn't make it Business/First class. Air Canada has started updating their planes and have incorporated the interactive touch screen for all passengers.

As for the flight attendents, I'd have to vouch for Singapore as one of the best. Apparently they have one size of uniforms. If you can fit it, you're not hired.

Sitting in a "garage", so you can drive it right after the plane lands.  Cmon if you were that rich, you wouldn't want to take the airport bus
