Someone... somewhere... is now afraid to buy an M3 because they're afraid of choosing the wrong one Wink

yeah wrong (ahem....hatch) choice will get you severe scrutiny! hehehehehe just kiddin.  Any model that fits your needs is a good choice.  Besides, they're both practically the same cars but given the different structures of the hatch and the sedan there are pros and cons to both models.

the car industry is reviving the mini wagon/hatch that was big in late 80s, remember the space runner and the space wagon from mitsubishi, and of course the civic and corolla hot hatch. These days even BMW is launching the 1 series, and also A3 from Audi, they cannot deny the huge success of the protege5.
Mercedes has the c coupe, and Honda is coming back with a brand new Civic. In Europe, the hatch/mini wagon is always big. The Renanult has their hot hatch and Peugeot has it's own. I think we are lucky to get the true Japanese version of the Axela hatch here in Canada, and if you compare with the Japanese local price, we pay pretty much the same. With the shipping cost, I think it is a really good bargain. (And broker sell for even less, around 800 to 1200 less than MSRP, if you CAN FIND the right person) Long story short, hatch is the up trend model, but if you need a trunk and like seden more, then you should follow your heart. It is courious that no body mention our distant cousins, Volvo S40 and European Ford Focus. We shared the same platform.
