Ok, so my favorite chiken wing place is Garry T's (on the cornor of Scott and 72nd) near One20Pub, and it's now closed to covert into a Irish Pub.  Cry  They used to have 20cent wings on Monday's and Wendsdays.

I missed the wings they have... huge meaty wings... each wings is covered with flavors and sauces. BBQ is covered with BBQ sauce, Sucide Hot is totally soaked with asian hot sauce, cajun is fryed and coated with powder - order a side "ranch dressing" to complinment all of them as dipping sauce...

 Cry Lips Sealed Undecided

I know One20Pub. (but didn't like fryed wings for all flavors).
Xcliber near Skytrain. Just saw it on another post, but havn't actually been there.

Please recommend other places for cheapy wings in Lower Mainland (pls include which days for speical, and how much). I NEED WINGS...

I heard a pub somewhere in Lougheed mall area also have great wings?

Thanks.

(snip) I NEED WINGS...

I heard a pub somewhere in Lougheed mall area also have great wings?

This may be sacraligious, but I am not *that* fond of the wings @ 120....

I've been to Foggy Dew once.  There are apparently two, one of which is near Lougheed mall... I should go again as the wings are outstanding:
http://www.foggydewirishpub.com (monday nights)

Two Parrots on Thursdays iirc:
http://www.google.ca/maps?hl=en&safe=off&q=two+parrots+pub&near=Coquitlam,+BC&radius=0.0&latlng=49273306,-122814304,10975403229278480964&sa=X&oi=local&ct=authority&cd=1

Lots of different flavours.

I am rather fond of Earls' Thai wings with their veggies and dip (Wednesdays, or I believe any day between 3 and 5 or something like that = cheap wings)

Cedar Cottage on Kingsway and...? Have a look in the directory, but honestly their chicken wings are like freakin' turkey legs compared to regular chicken wings. Also, they probably have as much meat on one wing that a quail has on it's whole body!!

Cheers, happy beers and wings!!

Flying Beaver has pretty good wings on Wednesday nights and a good atmosphere. Gets pretty busy so either go early or go late (they do sell out of wings though!)

I think costco also sells wings cooked in a bag, frozen Smiley

They're mighty tasty too when you're hungry Tongue

I forget how much they cost, but they aren't that cheap either iirc.

The Marine Pub in Burnaby used to have wings on Friday's as well as wednesday's but apparently the Friday's were too popular. For people who like good beer, I don't reccomend their homebrew. That is what it tastes like - really cheap beer, but they have a good selection of other beer.

Oscar's Pub has wings Wednesdays at 18 or 19 cents a wing. I've never been there but heard good things about it. Maybe kyoshi can chime in.

I'm going to bump this thread as we are looking for a new place to have Wings on Wednesdays. The goal is to try moving to a more central location to draw out more people on a weekly basis.

The requirements?

- Ample parking
- Safe parking
- Good cheap wings
- Reasonably priced beer
- Enough seating!
- Be located in the South Burnaby, Richmond or New West areas.

So far a couple of candidates are:

- Legends Pub in Richmond
- Marine Pub in South Burnaby

I'd appreciate anyone's help on this one either with feedback on the two locations or other suggestions.

Is that from experience? I looked at a virtual tour, but I get the impression they don't have a lot of seating.

Hmm. Kingsway is a bit far. Perhaps we can experiment by visiting Marine Pub, Delaney's and Legends and then running a vote at the end of the 3 week stint.

Flying beaver in Richmond is pretty good. Lots of parking, but seating is tight later in the evening (9-10pm) ....if you go early, shouldn't be a problem. Usually order a dozen of every flavour between friends and it's pretty cheap. Marine Pub is good too, but I've never had their wings.

I've heard a lot about the Flying Beaver. I wonder how busy it would be around 6pm. So what say you guys, should we do a round trip tour for the next 4 wednesdays and then have a vote?
