About two weeks prior, my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop started to act funky. At times, It would not connect to the internet via wireless router or through direct wire connection to the modem. I haven't really been trying to diagnose the problem until today but instead of trying to figure out what went wrong, I decided to reformat everything instead. As a result, I had to download tons of drivers and other useful/useless stuff. I've been at it for 4-5 hours now and have found most of what I need, however, one vital piece is missing - I can't seem to get the sound card to work. I'm not entirely sure, but I have the integrated sound card from dell.
Has anyone experienced this before? I've no idea what to do - I've been searching on google but it isn't helping.
