Wendy's Chicken Club sandwich ^

I always noticed this too when looking at ads. None of the food looks like that!

There was a special on tv a few years back talking about food stylists. They use airbrushes and all sorts of chemicals to make food look good. They even dip fruits in liquid wax to make them shiny.

They should learn to use plastics to showcase their food like the Japanese do   ;)

Fruit: spray with spray deodorant and give it a frosty look

Cake: hairspray keeps the cake looking fresh

Syrup: motor oil is used sometimes instead of syrup

Real food is cheaper to make though.

To make a design made by plastic, you would need a mold, which is very expensive.

But it's reusable and lasts forever.

I wonder if the Big Mac used in the commercials like 30 years ago are the same as the ones today?

The plastic food works great in front of restaurants, but under a camera it doesn't look too great.

Now you guys know what to do for the next BBQ meet.  Spray those meat with hairspray, deodorant, and paint them with glycerin to make them look even juicier ;)
